Mobilization
Mobilization is a key process, where trainees are sourced with the help of local administration and community volunteers various ways like awareness campaign, pamphlet distribution, road show, one to one interaction, advertisement and counselling seminars.
Screening Process
Keeping in mind the quality measures we focus on screening.
Screening helps to ensure that candidates meet the eligibility criteria to undertake training as per the guidelines. Selection and screening of the candidate is based on some questionnaire on the personal interview in favour of their interest towards the training program.
Training Infrastructure
The training infrastructure and lab set up established according to the course requirement. The complete area is designed with relevant technological tools and other display materials.
Training of Trainer’s
Trainers are selected from industry after screening for teaching ability. A Train the Trainer (TOT) program is organized for the effective delivery of particular module/course along with the focus upon soft skills.
Trainer’s Review
Trainer’s Review & feedback follow up is very important which sheds light on how well the training program meet the learner’s needs and objectives, what knowledge and skills it has imparted to learners. The Project Monitoring Cell is set- up for monitoring of project at every stage and to provide continuous support to the project implementation team. Standardize formats are designed for capturing relevant data for real time monitoring and proper documentation. Photography and video recording are done at every phase.
